Know about the anatomy of eye skin and difference
This is the most sensitive part of the face, compared to the rest of the face. Skin around the eyes has oil glands called meibomian glands. These glands produce oil that prevents oil from drying out. We have approximately 75 oil glands in the eyelids of each eye. However, the skin around the eyes is thinner than the rest of the skin and hence has less oil glands. This makes it more prone to drying and requires extra care.
